Service scope: Sea freight shipments from the UK to Ghana. We reserve the right to refuse prohibited items.

Customer responsibilities: Provide accurate pickup details, declare contents honestly, and ensure adequate packaging unless arranged with us.

Payment: Pricing is confirmed after evaluating volume/weight, item type, and pickup location. Deposits may be required for large moves.

Liability: We handle cargo with care. Insurance is available on request; otherwise liability is limited to the coverage in our full terms.

Delays: Sailing schedules may change due to weather, port congestion, or customs. We will keep you informed and reschedule as needed.
